1. The outlet water temperature setting should be adjusted according to the outdoor temperature.
Boiler operation number adjustment: The number of operation stations is adjusted by the on-duty personnel according to the temperature difference between the total supply and return water. The temperature difference between supply and return water reflects the relationship between boiler heat supply and heat consumption, and is an important index to measure boiler thermal efficiency. Small temperature difference, large heat supply, large temperature difference, small heat supply. The reasonable range of temperature difference should be between 8 and 12 degrees Celsius. Adjustment measures:
Reduce the number of circulating pumps: In the initial stage of heating, low load operation can be adopted to reduce the number of circulating pumps. For the multi-parallel circulating pump temperature difference frequency conversion system, the temperature difference should be maintained between 5 and 8 degrees Celsius. It can be achieved by setting the temperature difference of the frequency converter.
Increase the number of circulating pumps: In the medium term of heating, according to the range of indoor temperature and outdoor temperature, the number of circulating pumps should be increased according to the temperature difference between 8 and 12 degrees Celsius. For the multi-parallel circulating pump temperature difference frequency conversion system, the temperature difference has been set to automatically adjust, but the number of operating stations is controlled by the on-duty personnel.
